Refunds

For hygiene reasons we only accept returns for defective or damaged products within 30 days of purchase. We do not provide refunds for change of mind due to the risk of tampering and hygienic reasons.

We will only provide refunds to the original buyer.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet please contact us so that we can investigate further before contacting your credit card company or your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Returns

We only replace or provide refunds for items if they are defective or damaged. For replacement or refund, please send us an email at support@lapixo.com.au

You may be required to return the defective/damaged item. You may be initially responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item, unless agreed otherwise by us in writing. If the refund is approved, then the return shipping cost will be reimbursed.
